Good short experience

It was a very short stay, arriving in the evening and leaving early morning, so I couldn’t experience all aspects of this hotel, however, at least it was all positive.

It is a nice tall building; furniture is good including a good working chair. Shower water pressure is good, and internet was acceptable.

The executive floor is connected by internal stairs to upper and lower floors.

Service was excellent.

Always excellent

Howl, Rina, Lizzie, Coco, Jenny 1 and 2, Anthony, Angel, Charles and a tremendous team make this one of my most comfortable experiences. It is almost unfair to name names. The food in the 31st floor restaurant is always varied and wonderful There are many choices for non meat eaters. The prices are fair. The executive lounge offers consistent calm and complementary options including breakfast each day. The staff here and all round are well trained and outstanding. I have no complaint. Even where there is a little snafu of some sort, this is resolved very quickly.

I'm so glad to know that you've enjoyed a nice experience in our hotel, which is great motivation for us to make progress continuously. Hilton SJZ is located in the business center and is the landmark building of the whole province, beside which are Hebei Museum and Future Mall shopping center, and Yutong Stadium is also just within 5 minutes’ walk. It will take 20 minutes to get to Shijiazhuang Station and 45 minutes to the airport by car. So Hilton Shijiazhuang is absolutely the first choice for all leisure and business travelers. My team and I are looking forward to welcoming you back soon.

Really impressed

What an unexpected delight
Many staff have worked or trained in New Zealand
The staff are outstanding- friendly with a smile
Wonderful room and with a responsive air conditioning temperature switch
Great bed with quality linen
Breakfast and Dinner buffet presented a wide range of food- too much to tempt you
Great view of the city - Pitt about the air quality of the city
Will definitely stay again

Hilton Shijiazhuang

Hilton Shijiazhuang is a good Hotel ,but not upto itsi Name.Limited choice of vegetarian food and the breakfast spreadsheet is good if you are not vegetarian but not good for vegetarians . Hilton should really work on it too.

Excellent location, service, food

I think its the best place to stay in Shijiazhuang. Location is good. Food is excellent, Front desk staff is very warm hearted. Definitely suggest to stay here. Rooms are cozy , Pool is good , bar is excellent. Concierge is very warm and helpful.
