Enjoyed staying here. Typical big hotel in China - comfortable, clean and welcoming. Indian manager loves his cricket, but I am surprised he hasn’t yet put in nets in the lobby - it’s vast, with enough room for three full sized nets. You’d need extra netting though behind the bowlers to protect the art work above the reception (if not bowling from ‘restaurant end’).
I think I’ve lost it.

I stayed in this hotel for four days for a conference. It was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The atmosphere is tranquil. The breakfast and lunch buffets were superb - diverse range of western and Asian food available.
The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Staff without a strong command of the English language did their best a translation app on their phones - a nice touch which I really appreciated. The location seems a way from central Shenzhen but there were good public transport options nearby as well as taxis. There is an outdoor heated large pool and an indoor gym.
This is a luxury hotel at mid-range prices. Thanks to the staff for making my time there so enjoyable.

Room tip: I stayed in a King suite - it has four rooms (bed, bathroom/ toilet, lounge area, bedroom and dressing room). Upgrade if you can

This hotel is a bit off the beaten path from downtown Shenzhen but worth it if you're looking for an elegant, international hotel. The property is beautiful and hotel is breathtaking from the moment you enter the magnificent lobby. The rooms are big and luxurious with all the modern, state of the art amenities including a spa bathroom, great air conditioning, and comfortable beds. The room decor is very pretty and there are lovely views of Shenzhen from the expansive windows. The service was also excellent. One word of caution - if you decide to eat at the restaurant for dinner, go early. They run out of the popular dishes very quickly so the selection gets smaller towards the end of the dinner hour.

It is a great property . Had a really nice suite . The service quality was very good and it is well maintained . The buffet was good for breakfast . English speaking staff . The only drawback is that it is far from the city . Taxis are easy to get but it takes about 40 mins to get to the city . It's a good location for conferences.
