Unfortunately we did not make prior arrangement to visit the university thus unable to go into the university grounds.
Those who wish to visit the university must make prior arrangement otherwise you will be denied entry. This university is located next to nanputor temple. Worthy to spend some time there.
From the gate can see the great architecture buildings and this is also well-known as romantic university

Probably not a place for tourist and visitors cos when we visited, we were told it was only for ticket holders. So we explored along the edges and visited the shops around and took some photos around the place. Then again, the structures and arches outside are nice enough us.

Along with other tourists we were stopped from entering because no secured hosts to greet us at the entrance gate. Big disappointment.
Xiamen now very security conscious as more uniformed policemen on foot patrols carrying plastic shield and batons.
