We booked a double room with private bathroom.
The room is rather small including the double bed, a cabinet with a TV on top which left little place around the bed. The room and bathroom were clean. Towels are provided for free. We got hot shower all the time.
The walls are quite thin so you can hear people talking from the rooms next door.

There is a free breakfast provided which is consistent and good : choice of coffee/tea/milk, cheese, ham, unlimited toast bread with butter/jam/dulce del leche.

The common kitchen is ok. You share it with the people managing the hospedaje. There are plenty of plates, ustensils, glasses... which is good.

Wifi is ok.You are 15-20 min walk from the centre and close to the cemetery.
The staff was nice.

Very small, but cozy hostel, the owner is very helpful, this pleace is good for couples or for people that like silence and quiet places. it is located right behind the cementery. The rooms have tv, the place is clean.

We stayed for 1 night, arriving late from a plane (be sure to clearly tell the taxi it's on the pasaje... We spent a while touring the similarly named main road). Betty was really friendly and understanding of our early morning plans, leaving out an early breakfast and calling us a taxi.

No English spoken, but our broken Spanish and a few hand gestures sorted everything out. Well stocked with blankets and well heated. An easy $2, 5min taxi ride into town.

Strongly recommended.

We stayed one night in a room with private bathroom. We were lucky enough to get a big room and a double bed. The room was clean and bathroom tiny but clean. Breakfast was standard, toast with jam and butter and the location was a bit off center, but perfectly acceptable for the price. Betty was very kind and helpful.
Very good value for the money and I can totally recommend it!

We stayed there for two nights. The room was tiny, but comfy and clean. The shower needs to be fixed, as it does not provide a proper coverage. Breakfast was adequate. Betty provided directions and called us a taxi. Prices in punta Arenas are high. This is cheap.
