This hotel was very nice! It's conveniently located 5 mins. from the airport. They have a free airport pick-up & when we got to the car the man gave us each a cold hand towel & a cold bottle water. The rooms are big. The pool is very clean with nice layout chairs. Waiters came back asking if we needed anything. The hotel staff was the NICEST staff I've EVER had at any hotel I've stayed at. They were all so sweet always asking how you are & if you need anything. I would stay here again if I come back to Cambodia. Thanks Ny & Mr. Kong for making our stay a great one!

We have spent there 4 days in march. The hotel is a little bit outside the town - tuk tuk ride takes approx 10 min and costs 3 USD. There is free shutle every 2 hours to the center during the day. Prices in the hotel very high comparing to prices in the town. Spa is expensive comparing to the center and poor - do not recommend. We had full body massage (28 usd ++) and it was probably the worse I had in my life. Very unprofessional and the lady didn't speak english at all so you couldn't really say what you want. Rooms are okay, very big and clean (however we had one big bug in our bathroom, fortunately it was afraid of us so ran away each time we enter the place). AC is very loud do it's difficult to sleep when it's on. Swimming pool area lovely and very quiet. Overall it's okay for short stay However for food I recommend to go to the centre (better and cheaper).

Loved this hotel. Very accomodating staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Got my booking through Groupon and it was priced reasonably. They accomodated
our early check-in and late check out. Very helpful staff in all our request and inquiries.
Very near the airport and offer free shuttle to the hotel. Also free shuttle to the town.
Enjoyed their pool and free 10-minute shoulder massage. Nice buffet breakfast.

First time in Cambodia. The Royal Angkor resort was a great hotel .
Staff lovely and very helpful. Always smiling. Liked the rooms also.
Beautiful and calm pool area. Breakfast was good and tasty.
The people at the reception were very helpful. Would like to mention the lovely lady called Kim.
She became a friend of us. she even invited us to a wedding. Great fun.
Easy access to Angkor Wat and all other temples. Had the same driver all the time (Ratna).
Next time we will visit Siem Reap this is the hotel for us.
Thank you for a great stay !

Four of us ladies had spent a week in a medical/dental clinic, being helpful in any way we could in some villages outside Siem Reap. When our "work" time was over, we extended our trip a few days to be tourists. This resort was the perfect place to end our trip. Our only necessity was a swimming pool. What we got was a pool, easily available food poolside, reasonably priced spa services, comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. A tuk tuk was quickly available for a trip downtown, OR the hotel provided transportation for drop-off and pick-up. The front desk was pleasant and easy to deal with. We would stay there again without question, given the opportunity.
