I have traveled to over 20 countries and stayed in many, many, many hotels. This hotel is one of my favs. I love the boutique experience. The food was woooondeful. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless. To top it off... it smelt like lemongrass everywhere! If I ever come back to Siem Riep, I will definitely stay here again!

From the airport pickup to return Lotus Blanc staff provided outstanding service and assistance. Mr Nara the general manager, Mr Chhung and Mr Samphar on the concierge staff as well as Adam and Virek all made it a point of knowing us personally and ensured that all needs were met, even ones we didn't know we needed. The 'new' wing where we stayed was a delightful mix of the past and present and very comfortable. The hotel location is just an inexpensive tuk-tuk ride from all the main tourists sites. The hotel arranged for transportation and a very knowledgeable guide Mr Ka for the main temples at very reasonable prices. They had a number of tuk-tuks on standby. We ended up using Mr Savet for all our travels. He was very personable and spoke English well. As long as weather permits, we recommend the tuk-tuk over a car because you see so much of what is going on around you. We ate in all the restaurants at the hotel and thought the prices and quality were very good. A special thank you to Mei Mei in the main floor restaurant for her attentive service. The pool and gym were first quality. All hotel facilities reflect the recent renovations. It was a pleasure to stay here and use the hotel as a base for all our touristic adventures. Highly recommended

Excellent hotel, the manager Mr Bunhesng is the most helpful man I have come across. The hotel is clean, the pool is magnificent and the food out of this world. The staff on the front desk Mr Samphors and Mr Vireak fall over themselves to accommodate your every need. The rooms are all air conditioned and very clean and tidy. All facilities are there. Kettle , fridge, balconies safe and phone all FOC cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A group of friends met my wife and I for a brief stay in Siem Reap. We couldn't have selected a better place to meet.

From a price perspective the hotel had great value. Well kept and aesthetically pleasing.

The staff was exceptional. At every turn we were greeted with smiles and attempts to make our stay the best possible.

While there we celebrated a birthday for a member of our group. Mr Sayon, the assistant manager, and Mr Sor, the bar manager were extremely helpful when it came to setting up the delivery of the birthday cake.

Overall, I'm was extremely impressed and would stay again in the future.

Amazing hotel. Great reception and warm welcome. Very helpful. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Great coffee shop and bar. Service is very good. Staff very helpful. You are 5 mins away from the night market and pub street by Tuk tuk which is Percy as you don’t have crowds around you. Right outside you have a convenient store. Could not ask for a better location
