This is without a doubt the best hotel in the city. Great service, beautiful rooms, good food and fabulous grounds. And yes, the Spa is very good as well. I had a look at all the top hotels in the city and would not recommend any other hotel for my clients except for maybe the Hotel La Pais in the center of town which is nice but not for everyone.

Nice 5-star hotel with nice spacious rooms and beautiful garden surroundings. Excellent breakfast, but for lunch and dinner you should go to one of the many restaurants in town, which are much better value for money. The friendly, but unorganized staff will salute you "bon jour" and "bon soir", which in my opinion is a big mistake. Speak Kmeer or English, please. A big party around the pool disturbed our first nights sleep. A nice touch was the cows, which were grassing in the garden as an energy saving arrangement. The Consierge staff was excellent in helping getting tuk-tuk's and making table reservations in town.

Classy, classical and traditional resort in an amazing setting set around lotus ponds, little bridges connecting different parts of the hotel. The staff friendly and helpful, the breakfasts incredible with an enormous selection of choices. The rooms were spacious and well appointed, nothing was too much trouble for the room staff - this would be a brilliant choice of hotel for your stay in Siem Reap when you visit Ankhor Watt!

Room Tip: We had a room overlooking the lotus pond, it had a balcony with table and chairs, nice to sit outside and watch the water!

I and my family stayed in the hotel for 5 days for holiday. It is a splendid and relaxing resort hotel. The rooms and in fact the entire hotel were classically decorated and yet very relaxing and comfortable. My room was facing the beautiful views of the swimming pool and lotus pond.
Wherever we were in the hotel, be it the restaurant, front desk, room service, concierge, etc., we were always greeted by warm welcomes of the staff. In particular, I was impressed by Mr. Sambo of the Concierge, who spoke very fluent English and was always cheerful, keen and effective in attending to our needs in transport and touring arrangements.

Room Tip: I would prefer a room facing the lotus pond
