Traveled as a family of 5 people and stayed in one of their family suites; 2 interconnecting rooms. Free tuk tuk ( if booked directly with the hotel ) and breakfast. From my very first email, the experience was superb.

I have nothing but great things to say about this boutique hotel. The property was kept immaculately; the gardens well attended and the pool was welcoming and clean. The rooms were spacious and clean, there were the usual amenities provided( shampoo, shower gel, cotton buds, shower cap, toothbrush etc )

For my family, out of all the top notch services provided, the most impressive aspect of this hotel was its staff. From front desk to F&B at the restaurant, they were so friendly and helpful. My husband suffered a bout of 24 hour tummy bug ( picked up from a dodgy prawn during one of our tours ) and the staff went out of their way to help us buy some medication, made sure we only bought from reputable pharmacists in town. The girls at the hotel restaurant offered ( without being asked ) to boil some congee liquid for hubby to drink. Really very kind of them.

I will definitely recommend tis hotel to anybody who is visiting Siem Reap.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the service was very friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean and tidy and everything was as it should be.
We travelled a as family of four with two children aged 10 and 7, we stayed in a family suite which consisted of two large rooms with interconecting door, and two large bathrooms. The kids room came equipped with a Playstation and some games which was a bonus, although in the end they barely touched the Playstaion as they were out enjoying themselves so much.
The restaurant was good and the standard of food and service was always very good, breakfast in the open air roof restaurant was particularly enjoyable, and although they didn't offer the type of buffet choice to be found in the big chains, our family found it to be more than adequate - too much choice can be a bad thing sometimes : )
After a long day walking around temples it was very refreshing to come back to the hotel, sit in the pool and drink a cold beer or two.
The tuk tuk rides into town were great fun, and the drivers were extremely helpful and reliable.
All in all we had a great stay, none of us had any complaints about anything in this hotel whatsoever,I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others, or indeed returning myself.

We were originally booked into the sister hotel Pavilion Indochine but were moved to the Siddharta as they had decided to renovate the Indochine while times were quiet. They emailed us prior to arrival and only charged the original hotels room rate so no complaints from us.Both hotels are quite close to each other in a quieter part of SR.But only a short trip to Pub Street area.

Room:large, the usual hard bed of SE Asia, room had everything you needed but only had a small window with no view but the out door sitting area in front of our room more than made up for that, very pleasant spot to sit.Bathroom was spacious and nicely decorated (better than the room actually).

Breakfast is served in their open air roof top restaurant and had a good variety for a small boutique hotel. Dinner in their restaurant was also excellent. Try the Vodka sorbet dessert!

Pool and gardens just beautiful, perfect after a long day out.

Staff are really the highlight of this hotel. Friendly, excellent service, always with a smile, very helpful organising anything you needed, from cleaning to front desk the staff were great. We were on the outskirts of SR heading to Battambang in our taxi when they called to say we had left something behind, can you believe they jumped on a bike and brought it to us rather than us having to return! All drivers were safe and friendly which we especially appreciated as we had had the Tuk Tuk driver and Tuk Tuk from hell 2 years ago at another hotel.

Massages were also excellent and a reasonable price.

My only complaint was they decided to do some type of renovation in the room above us making our room really impossible to stay in for the noise. Huge apologies and offers to stop but hey repairs etc. do need to be done at times, my only suggestion would be to warn the guest first, then I would have reorganised our tours to be away when the noise was happening.I actually don't think they realised how noisy it was in our room and it was spread over 2 days.

All in all apart from hammering we really enjoyed our stay.

It's funny how you get a feeling about a hotel right from the first contact, and the Siddharta impressed from start to finish. It really is all about the people here. Right from the start the communication was professional, efficient and caring.
We arrived from PP after a six hour bus ride to be greeted by a big smiling face face with our name on board - what a relief!
Taken to the hotel and met with a welcome drink and shown to our rooms after an introduction to the hotel and services offered.
I have to say the Tuk Tuk driver was a real bonus - he was always there to meet us ontime and with a big smile.
The rooms are large and comfortable and the outdoor seting area are a really nice touch to sit out and enjoy a sundowner.
I must say I found breakfast on day one a little confusing - and perhaps some sort of menu on the table may help. The toaster is a bit of a beast! and the coffee could be improved upon. But for the price you pay - it really is a good deal.
The massage was fantasic - sure would love to be there now.
Hadn't really decided how we would return to Bangkok, so enquired at reception about a car to the boarder. There was no issue whatsoever in getting this organised for us. We had thought it would be fun to travel from the border by train back to Bangkok. On route we asked our driver if he knew the best way to geet back to Bangkok. He suggessted he "had a friend" who for 2,100TB would take us from the boarder to our hotel. The thought of sitting in a third class cabin with no aircon for 9 hours versus 2.5hours in an aircon car was a no brainer. One quick call and it was all arranged. We we meet by a guy who helped us for the paperwork and met us after we tranisted from the Cambodia side walked us 100 meters to the awaitng driver and we were off.
So overall we had a great experience at Siddharta and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the hotel.

Decided to stay here as the Pavillion d'Indochine (sister hotel) was full and that turned out to be a good choice. We booked two rooms. Hotel is a green oasis in a small street off the main road. Rooms are spacious and quiet due double glass that was recently installed. Beds are very hard but that was not a problem for us. I was not impressed by the breakfast, bageutte and croissants were soft and spongy, already at 6:30 in the morning. This probably due to the high humidity in the rain season. They need to find a solution for that. No meat or cheese, only sweets and sometimes some fried rice. egg station was good.

The food in the restaurant is very good, drinks and cocktails are available, all at very reasaonable prices. The rooftop lounge has a big iMac for guests to use and there is decent wireless throughout the hotel. The free tuk tuk service is fantastic. The best thing about this hotel is the service qualitywhich always comes with a smile. Gives you such a good feeling.

If you go out for a meal make sure you gomto Touich and Il Forno (see other references).

All in all a good hotel with great service at a reasonable rate.

And oh yeah: just must try the massages. We went 3 times and every time it was very very good.

Conclusion
