Recently stayed at the Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa with my family. We had four rooms, each one spacious, clean, comfortable and full of amenities including a safe, mini-fridge and bottled water resupplied daily. We all had inner courtyard rooms with either a balcony and view of the pool or ground floor patio with direct access. The grounds have beautiful gardens with tropical plants and are accentuated by statues and bas reliefs mimicking nearby Angor Wat temples. The pool was one of the most beautiful I've ever had the pleasure of swimming in.

Upon arrival, we received cool damp cloths and glasses of water delivered to us in the large lobby. Ms. Sakura directed us to comfortable seats while she conducted our check-in process. We were early, a couple hours before registration time, and she had our rooms clean and ready within the hour (30-40 minutes as I recall), then personally escorted us to our room. She also assisted our group with transportation and guide services, even arranging special access and wheelchair for my father who has limited mobility. She helped arrange bicycle rental (which we didn't end up using), and a car to the airport for the elders in our group.

In planning a few more days in Cambodia post-Siem Reap, Mr. Ty Senghout went out of his way to help. He recommended a four-star hotel in Battambang, then proceeded to secure a generously sized room at a special rate despite our Internet search that showed no rooms available. He also gave us some inside tips on where to stop along the way for bamboo rice and where to see the million bats fly from caves just outside the city of BTB.

We had two breakfasts and one dinner in the hotel, all good food and service. A couple members of our party went to the spa and enjoyed their massages.

Overall, the resort was wonderful, reasonably priced and I would happily have stayed longer!

The hotel and its amenities is par excellence. The staff make extra efforts to take care of the needs of travelers.

One of the best things in this hotel is the Stayover lounge (I haven't seen this any of the hotels I have stayed) which provides a resting place for travelers if they come in earlier than check in time or have a late flight. You can relax, take a nap, take a shower, go to their coffee shop, happy hour and spend time surfing. For international travelers where flight arrivals and departures are at odd hours this provides a very relaxing area without having to not know what to do for hours between arrival/departure and checkin/checkout times.

We stayed here with family for 7 nights and we did not want to leave. The place is nice and clean and the rooms are big. Service was great all around. It can be busy with many tour groups but during the day you feel like you are the only ones there. Thanks for a great stay

Even though they made us wait to check-in on our room because they were booked, even though we reserved and paid in advance, our stay was good.
Staff were attentive and polite. We stayed there for 5 days so we already knew the maids and some of the staff. :) We went with our 1 year old daughter and hired childcare on a few occasions and she was wonderful. Food and drinks were good.
The ambiance in general is nice and clean, very inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
The only thing is that, for a city full of nice looking massage places and considering most of tourist go to Siam Reap after visiting Thailand, the prices for a massage at the hotel were a little expensive.

Great place to stay. Between airport and centre of city. About 6-7 $ in a TukTuk(return). Staff are super helpful and, just really nice! Could do enough for us.
All lovely people - from reception staff, concierge, cafe staff, bar staff, maids - made us feel most welcome and valued.
Room huge - excellent facilities. Loads of shower stuff, tv channels extensive, great view over gardens and pool.
Pool very nice
Everywhere clean as a whistle
Food excellent - the breakfasts were magnificent - loads of western fare ( bacon, eggs, pastries, fruit etc) but also ( bizarrely) things like curry, rice, pork and noodle etc - I guess this caters for guests from all over - not just westerners.
On this trip I’ve been to Hanoi, Saigon and another destination and stayed in good 5 star hotels - this is the best.
