This is a professionally run hotel, with highly attentive staff and full amenities such as buffet breakfast, lovely pool, free wifi, ensuite, tv etc. The location is not far from the city centre, an easy 20min walk or tuk tuks are widely available. We had to change our plans at the last minute and the hotel staff were very accommodating. We were impressed with the service and concern for their guests. Thank you!

We stayed here intially for 4 nights but wound up stretching it to 6. Ridiculous bargain price via Agoda helped, and the hotel honoured the price when we extended. The most luxurious hotel we encountered in 10 weeks in Asia and after a couple of weeks roughing it, it seemed like paradise with its pool, gym, spa, aircon, silk-clad ladies opening doors for us, etc etc.... It is maybe 1k away from the centre of town but at least it is on the right side for Angkor Wat. They lent us the hotel bikes to explore the temples and meander down to the town centre. Staff were unfailingly lovely, helpful and attentive, room was huge, clean, cool and quiet. Breakfasts maybe not so good if you are a bacon and egg addict but are addictive if you are into the local food. I don't know how we eventually tore ourselves away. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for spending your valuable time to share a nice review about your stay experience at our hotel on TripAdvisor. We are so delighted to learn that you were satisfied by our services and facilities.

We agreed that we are a bit out of town, but as you have seen, Siem Reap is a small town which you can easily access to the town center (Old Market or Pub Street) within few minutes by Tuk Tuk.

We are looking forward to host your return in some days in the future.
Very best regards,
The Management and Team at Lin Ratanak Angkor Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as part of a tour package coming from Thailand. The hotel is very quiet, great quality rooms, comfortable and very clean beds and bathrooms and relatively good breakfast. The pool is wonderful and the spa and fitness center are good enough in a hot weather. The hotel decoration is made with solid wood, including solid varnished wood ceilings. Wifi was just a bit slow but totally usable. Although I don't know Siem Reap but it felt that it was centrally located and accessible, and in proximity to multiple day bazaars. This was the best part of my trip after long days of walking and touring. The hotel staff was nice and helpful and generally spoke a little more English than Thailand. Overall very positive experience with this nice hotel. The neighborhood around it seemed poor but you see that with all hotels and guest houses built in seemingly poor areas. This town is developing, seemingly fast with the tourist money that keeps on flowing in. Don't forget to negotiate every price outside of the hotel. The prices and tips are felt generally higher than Thailand.

Thank you very much for sharing your nice feedback about your recently stay on TripAdvisor. We are so delighted to learn that you found your positive experience in our hotel, and we will have your nice comment shared with all our team members.

Cambodia is a developing country, and Siem Reap is a small city compare to other cities in modern countries in the world, and Siem Reap is also known as a tourism city in Cambodia since Siem Reap got unique temples particularly the Angkor Wat. While you are traveling to our city, Siem Reap, your are not only come to visit our area, but you also come to help our people as there are many people in Siem Reap work for tourism industry such as hotel staff, Tuk Tuk, guide.......

The Management and Team at Lin Ratanak Angkor Hotel are in the hope that you will give us a chance to host your return in some days.
Very best regards,

My husband and I stayed there 3 nights. Because we had paid only $33 per night for both of us including breakfast I was a bit apprehensive.

The rooms are clean and the service impeccable. The bed was comfortable wich was a bit of a change after spending 3 weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia sleeping on rock hard mattresses in various 4* hotels.

The hotel is more of an old fashioned 4**** but except for that it is fine. It has a nice clean pool, a business centre and free wifi.

The location is not central but it is not a real problem as you can negotiate a tuk tuk for about $5 a day to take you in and out of town.

The only let down is the breakfast. The choices are very limited and you would expect this kind of food in a 3* hotel not a 4*. But I guess you can't really complain when you pay only $33 a night.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We called reception a few times from our room as we were running out of bathroom toiletries and they came straight away.

Overall this hotel is great value for
money.

We stayed here for 3 days! The staffs are very warm and friendly. Speaks English too! The room we got is on the 2nd floor and it was indeed spacious! We got new towels everyday! We also had food delivered to our room like Pizza from their local pizza brand and KFC! LOL We also hired a TUKTUK to tour us around Siem Reap, Angkor Wat and other landmarks! Such a great experience. I have written a blog about our trip here: http://www.obnoxiousqueer.com/summer-memoirs-in-siem-reap-cambodia/

Room Tip: We booked the twin double bed for two! It's worth the money spent! Hire our tuktuk driver. Contact him thru: kimhakpech@yahoo.com. Call him Mr. Hak.
