We are from Sydney, and would always make a special effort to dine here when we visit. Absolutely love their pastrami sandwiches with light pickle - either to share or take home half to savour later for afternoon tea!

After and absence of 15 years we were back in Ann Arbor and revisiting some of our old haunts. Zingerman's did not disappoint.
Great bread, ingredients, and plentiful. Some people might be turned off by the crowds and the kind of disjointedness of the operation, but I love it.
A don't miss if you are in Ann Arbor.

They must have 50-60 sandwiches on their menu. They are all a work of art. They all are made of the finest bread, meat cheeses and condiments. The staff is great. They sell all these products and more in the market and are very willing to let you sample anything. It's worth a trip if your within a 100 miles. This is one of maybe a handful that I rate a five.

We found this place en route from Chicago to the Stratford, Ontario, Shakespeare Festival. It will be our lunch-stop of choice.

It takes a little bit of help to het the lay of the land, but the service here is great and moving from building to building is part of the charm. Did I mention the really good deli food?

I was a bit skeptical about how good it would be but it is a fantastic place with great food and service. I had #44 sandwich and asked for sourdough bread - amazing! Menu is large so a look online may be warranted but the queue is also Long so you may have time. Don't forget the samples as you go through ... brownie is a must too!
