I have been a regular guest in this hotel and use to get some of the perks of being a loyal customer but never thought that the day will come and be treated in such a manner were a new employee at the front desk with zero to none hotelier experience put in charge of my booking.
To be direct and short, I strongly believe that the management needs to have a closer look at what is happening with the front desk team and their approach towards guest experience especially the valuable ones.
Hopefully, this will be read by their GM which I have the utmost respect for his approach but not totally agree with some of his selections.More
