It looks like quaint villages of Europe. The houses and shops built are very beautiful and photogenic. I loved the French quarter and walking along the riverside. There are variety of restaurants offering cuisines from all over the world. Walking along the river in evening is worth. Riverland entry is free and after 6.30 p.m. parking is also free. They provide you free tram/bus to the entrance of Riverland.

Great place with the French quarter and Irish Village means no shortage of food and drink, shout out to the Irish pub, great to see Irish servers in an Irish pub in Dubai, and they looked as though they enjoyed the job, Riverland connects the parks but is a place on its own, nice walks and very very clean, good food to be had all over and the Guinness was exceptional.

Highly recommended

We came with the Children as we have seen on social media and read about the special events during Chinese New Year...

The drive was not bad but upon arriving, we were shocked to learn that parking fee is a whooping AED100 ! And the guy kept urging us to buy the AED150 parking as that covers a valet parking and a buggy ride. He even warned us that its a long walk... it wasn't at all !

This place seriously need more wayfinding signage ! And provide accurate and updated information !

My kids were very eager to watch the lion dance show so we asked when entering, and was told that there would be a show at 5:50pm. We waited until 6:15 and when asked again, the same information desk told us that the lion dance troupe has already left Dubai days ago and were actually back in China !!!! Worst of all, they thought it was funny that we have waited and missed it !

We did enjoy the stroll with the excellent weather though and the food was delicious although very expensive.

The fire show at the Indian Plaza was amateurish as they kept dropping their fire sticks...
