This hotel is easily one of the top ripoffs in Dubai. They have the worst customer service. Check in time guaranteed at 3PM but rooms not ready until after 6PM. No compensation given. The hotel is chaotic. They did not allow us to check out and kept our luggages hostage until "the bill was paid"... but there was 10,000 dirham in prepayment amount in guarantee from my credit card.

Hotel called me previously me to threaten me to remove the bad reviews. This is the only reason why they have so many 5 stars. They threaten everyone that gives them what they deserve (1 star). Stay away from here.

If the hotel only put as much effort into customer service as they put into harassing clients for their star reviews, then it would be a good hotel

My friend and I stayed at Five Palm Jumeirah for four nights, and unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.

I was appalled by the noticeable presence of escorts throughout the hotel, which not only detracted from the hotel’s atmosphere but also made me feel unsafe. As a female guest, I found it extremely uncomfortable, particularly when I was directly approached and asked “how much.” by drunk men. Walking in and out of the hotel became distressing and far from the relaxing environment I had anticipated.

I stayed at Five Palm Jumeirah in 2020 and had a wonderful experience, but I regret to say that the standards have drastically changed since then. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed.

I made a complaint to reservation team over a month ago and have not received a single response.
