This little hotel in Isfahan was the best value deal I found in 10 days touring Iran.
Nice, clean rooms with bathroom and TV, 30 mins walk from the Main Square. Decent breakfast, you will also be offered tea at the minimum occasion.
I was not an especially easy guest: paying rials only, changing my arrival dates and the such. At some point I was about to change the plan and cancel the reservation: they would never complain. They will always help you find a taxi and the such.
Whereas I found Irani people generally very helpful, the owner of this little hotel (forgive me Sir, I cannot recall the name!) takes hospitality to the next level: the one you read about in the 1000 nights and the such...
I was carrying some perishable caviar with me: not only he offered me ice, he insisted in offering me a cool thermal bag to carry it.
When I told him I wanted to buy some saffron, he gave me a ride to a local supermarket with discount prices where I found my happiness. Too bad I told him about my intention to go to the dentist way too late, because her daughter is a dentist but was unfortunately off-duty when I told him. Thanks so much again to make me feel like a Shah!More
