Woah, wanna go back in time to beach holidays, when you got your towel out and laid down. Don't look at anyone thou. The hotel is nice enough, it's just the area! It's a 60s holiday beach, long walk along the sea front with reastaurants and cafes all the way.
But! A lot of the restaurants didn't have any choice in drinks. Just beer, I don't drink beer. Happily, for me, there Was a lot of fish, whitebait, sardines and mussels! I had mussels in a Chinese, tomato sauce with onions and bamboo chestnuts. So,e very pretty places to eat in. The shops were a bit dated, and the walk too.
The hotel did have a lovely breakfast choice. The cafeteria is big , you have a nice walk around looking for things, like teaspoons. It is a lovely cafe and lovely assortment of foods including big chunks of smoked fish, mm!
Must just add that our room had bedside wall lights with no switch anywhere! We searched everywhere. And, no, you couldn't turn them on. Also, all the taps were colored red for cold and blue for hot :). :)More
