Air conditioning was not working, so my room was really cold during all times. Also, shower was broken, so having a shower was never a great experience. Weird smell throughout the amenities. Breakfast was almost okay, apart most of the bread being from 1 or 2 days ago. The muffins served were literally several days old. Can't understand how they're served there like that. Room keys are literally keys attached with a big metallic piece like hotels used to do in the 80s. You would need to give/get the keys to the reception every time you come and go. I'd prefer a hostel every day over this hotel. Not 1 star, let alone 4 stars. Avoid.

When I return back in Pristina I will stay again. Everything was OK.
City center its was 10 min by walking. From hotel you can see the view of the city. Staff are very friendly and helpful service and the rooms was very good. Train station it's just 5 min by walk

We just left Kosovo. We were there for one night and we booked online. We occupied six rooms. First the location is out of city center, in the outskirts of the city. The reception guy was the only staff, who would everything from reservation, luggage carrier, showing the rooms, waiter, bartender...etc. We were given the third floor rooms. The elevator was outside the buiding and it would leave you in the outdoor terrace (including the fact that the elevator was not running properly, it took us several times to manage closing the door). The rooms were very small, old furnitures, but above all DIRTY room and bathroom..... Far away from being a four star hotel. It does not deserve to have not even one star... What is more, the price was unbelivable expensive in referance to the quality and also compared with other very good hotels in city. To cut it short, do not ever think to make a mistake(not only for one night) to stay in such a "hotel"...!!
