Entry fee of approximately £5 is well worth it. The amphitheatre is stunning to walk around and to learn about the Roman history of the building. Just sitting on the terraces, looking down on to the arena and enjoying the panorama is a wonderful experience.

You don’t expect to see such a beautiful arena in Pula. It’s a little brother of Roma colosseum.
It’s very beautiful underground also a small museum.
Price per person it’s 50 kuna (6.7 euro), Croatian currency.
It’s worth the money spent.

Beautifully preserved Roman amphitheatre. To see this structure with so much of history preserved is an awesome privilege. To be able to see both above and below the arena is unique. Much pottery has been excavated and displayed. Take a tour if you can as you learn so much more.

Amazing ancient amphitheatre. It's a must-see in Pula. Although it was very hot when I visited, I really enjoyed the visit.

Less crowded and bigger than the colosseum in Rome. Wander freely imagining what could have been. Perfect for people who love Roman antiquities.
