“best location for city break”
Reviewed 2 September 2017 for a stay in August 2017

The apartment is more like a home than an apartment. Adriana is located just outside the walls but is only a 5 minute walk into the old town. Close by are supermarkets, cable car and a bus stop that covers most destinations.
We were met outside the apartment and were made to feel very welcome.
The apartment has a nice front porch that is spacious and very secure.
Although we intended to eat out in Dubrovnik the kitchen is fully equipped to cook pretty much anything.
The beds were super comfy and we got 3 peaceful nights sleep after two weeks of traveling through Croatia and Bosnia. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

“DO NOT TRUST”

This place informed us ONE DAY before our vacation that they made a mistake with out reservation and don't have our room. We have a 14-hour trip to get there. Two flights!!! Insanity. We booked month and a half ago, which provided them with PLENTY of time to figure this out. They made zero offer to compensate us or to find us a room in the area. I would say do not trust.

“Lovely place to stay”

My husband and I travelled to Dubrovnik with our 12 year old son and stayed at this lovely apartment for two weeks. It is in a great spot, close to Pile Gate but away from the hustle and bustle of the town. It is in s residential area and there is a local lady who lives above the apartment.
Pluses: - well equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, pans and appliances. Comfy sofa and fully working Sky TV which pleased my husband as the F1 was in whilst we were there. The apartment has a really lovely terrace which is partially shaded and secluded, great for catching the sun or sitting in the shade to read and relax. Beds were really comfy and bedding was good quality and very clean as were the towels. Our hosts were really helpful, with transfers, advice and their hospitality.
Negatives: - it is a steep and hilly walk from the town and there are steps. It is not good for buggies, wheelchairs or people with mobility problems. The apartment would benefit from some bedside lamps and the master bedroom is very small, it is a squeeze to get round the bed. There was a lot of noise from the apartment above. We were told the lady who lives there was looking after her grandchildren for the summer holidays. It sounded as though they were trampolining on the beds, usually at 6 am!
Overall a great stay. There is lots to do in the old town but it is very very busy and was incredibly hot. We took three boat trips, Lokrum, the Elephite Isles and Cavtat and enjoyed the quitter pace of life outside the town. Some amazing places to at and drink and we particularly enjoyed a fine dining night at the 360 restaurant which was truly amazing.

“Clean Charming Well Equiped Appartment in a fantastic location”
Reviewed 2 August 2016 for a stay in July 2016

This apartment is perfect for staying a few days in Dubrovnik and perfectly situated within minutes of the Old City and plenty of restaurants. The apartment is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. It has a nice patio for relaxing on or having breakfast. The area is quiet too. The air-con is in the main lounge/kitchen/dining area and not in the bedrooms, however this is not a major problem as you can leave the bedroom windows open all night. The owner has very helpful on arrival and arrange transport back to the airport at the end of our stay. It can be a little hard to find and is located up a small alleyway up some steps, so maybe not ideal for someone elderly etc. Also parking is very difficult and expensive near the Old City so I wouldn't recommend driving, a car is not really needed anyway. had a great time with my wife and 2 children

“Exceptional”
Reviewed 19 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

What a fabulous apartment and place to visit. The apartment is right on the entrance to the Old City of Dubrovnik. The apartment has everything you need to ensure your stay is comfortable, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and an amazing shower with an inbuilt radio!! Clean towels and a stunning quiet secluded terrace with a view of the sun rising over the mountains on a morning. I would recommend the apartment as the perfect base to visit all areas of Croatia as there are regular buses at the nearby bus stop to various ports and excursions to neighboring Mostar, Montenegro and the Islands. We will be visiting again next year and hope to book with the very kind Niksa and Berta again.
