For our first night in the city we went with the intriguing Croasian menu at Azur. Our first impression was provided by a delightfully friendly and professional waitress. We were increasingly delighted as the evening went on. The pork belly tacos were tasty but the perfectly cooked shrimp scampi was cooked in a sauce that was too good to soak up with bread or rice. I ate it with a spoon without shame. We followed with spicy tuna and monkfish entrees that were creative and delicious. And do not miss the Croatian wine!! And although I was satisfied at that point, I highly recommend the flourless chocolate cake. Such a lovely dinner for our first night that we have decided that our final meal in Dubrovnik will be here as well.
