This is a well-placed restaurant on the seaside walk along the bay. The wait staff are very friendly. It’s a little odd at times having people walk right past as you are eating, but the view made up for that. We ordered very nice starters, however as another reviewer has said, the expensive cold seafood platter was very disappointing. We were advised that it was cold, though not told that it would be served on partly melted ice (therefore in cold water). The few shrimp, scampi, and other shellfish were tasteless and rubbery. Brigitte the local cat didn’t mind, though, as she gently helped herself to a scampi shell from the sea wall. We are cat lovers so found this delightful. I can’t help but think that if that terrible platter wasn’t on the menu, we would have enjoyed our dinner with another choice. As it was, we left feeling disappointed and still a little hungry.
