We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Split. It was in a great location close to water front, shops and restaurants. Was picked up by golf cart and also taken to ferry by cart when we departed. Nice clean rooms and a modern hotel. Breakfast was average at best, but was included so that is a nice feature. Although located in a busy area, noise was not an issue. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall was delighted by this great hotel in Split.

Checked in here for Splitska Perla Apartments which could not access, so we decided to stay here and were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and hospitality of the staff. One staff member greeted us as we departed our bus tour to Split and walked us to the hotel through a series of alleys and squares to reach the hotel. Very clean rooms and breakfast included in price was excellent. Wine prices were fair for this part of the city as well. Staff also had a golf cart to take us to the Ferry Terminal and also the train station a couple of days later. Likewise they picked us up at the ferry terminal on our return from Dubrovnik.

Room Tip: We faced the back of hotel which was quiet. Hotel also has an outdoor pation on second floor.

Yes it’s a perfectly adequate hotel in a superb location close to restaurants, shops and the harbour and is situated within Diocletian’s Palace.
Our room was very comfortable with a good bed and all the amenities you would expect such as coffee/tea making facilities and quality toiletries in the bathroom. The downside is that, in our room, the shower was above the bath so it was quite a climb to get in. We managed but anyone less mobile might struggle as the sides are unusually high. All that said and considering the central location we found the room very quiet at night.
Breakfast was pleasant but perhaps without the choice we have seen in other places...the breakfast area is quite small which might be an issue at busy times. Staff are generally helpful and friendly.
There is a delightful and restful sun terrace on the second floor which was barely used when we were there so we had it much to ourselves.
It’s a good hotel but could be better still!

Delightful boutique hotel, slightly let down by its rather average restaurant. The hotel is beautifully designed, with clean spacious, modern rooms. There is a charming outdoor terrace with a view of the old town roofscape. Location is perfect and only a minute's walk from the seafront. Very quiet at night, considering how central it is. You can only reach the hotel by walking or by the hotel's electric buggy for the last few hundred yards, so it's worth booking your airport transfers through the hotel, especially if you have much luggage. Breakfast was OK but I suspect you could get a nicer breakfast with a sea view close by. We had one evening meal here and, while the food was very nice, the service was very slow.

Stayed here for a couple of nights: our room was nice and quiet. Breakfast Sunday: « warm welcome » from the waitress at the restaurant who asks us our room number and tells us to help ourselves. Monday: same arrival with this time a nice « good morning » and a « would you like some tea or coffee? ». The presence of the hotel manager this day has some impact... Back to food, choice at buffet is really limited. Orange juice fresh coming from the can. Fried eggs have been lying too long on soft bread on a dish warmer waiting for customers to come. Fresh fruits - from their maturity - don’t seem to come from split charming market.
Decoration: to my surprise, i discover i m facing a collection of bronze busts of well known dictators (polpot, staline ...). Love the taste of the house !!!!! Not to mention the charm of fake ancient books.
Price only is at four stars level.
