Service and food was good , great choice of beers . We wanted to visit the bar during happy hour but we were too many for the size bar .Only bar area serves happy hour deals . Added some old world atmosphere to our meal with nice decorations and theme .

This place has been a restaurant forever. The food is very good Irish fare. I believe they have acoustic music during Sunday brunch.

My son and I had dinner here he had the Shepherds Pie and I ordered 2 appetizers. We both enjoyed our meals which came served beautifully. I do recommend the Baked Oysters just delicious. For dessert I had Jameson's Irish Whiskey my son Tullamore Dew, a fine finish on a very cold night. Our waiter was fantastic sorry I didn't write down his name.

You can never go wrong with an Irish Pub and Galway Bay was a great place to stop in. We walked here from Federal House and the bar was pretty full, but we were able to get a booth right in the bar area, which was fine. Thing I liked about this place was that being served from the bartender or the cocktail waitress was pretty much the same thing. No need to close out from the bar and then start a new tab with someone else. Great drinks and a nice, fun environment

We were warmly greeted by Sean, a beaming and pleasant young man as we arrived on a cold and blustery Sunday afternoon. We started with drinks all around. That surprises no one! They have a nice Old Fashion, made with Poitin, bitters, etc. other wonderful libations and an Old Baltimore Lager. We then ordered Fried Oysters and Corned Beef stuffed cabbage rolls. I heard no complaints. Then the Main Event, Reubens for Everybody, with coarse mustard. There was live music being played in the main bar area. All in all it was a wonderful way to spend an otherwise unpleasant afternoon.

Thanks for visiting and delighted you enjoyed your experience with everyone at Galway Bay. We have a regular Sunday music in the bar on Sundays between 4 and 8 and also a Traditional Iris Music Session on Wednesdays at 8pm - well worth a visit, great authentic Irish pub atmosphere
