Our goal was to leave the stresses of daily life behind and walk away stress less and recharged. Mission accomplished! But not without the help of our amazing hosts, Brenda and lance! 10 stars for them alone.
Brenda was always available to answer my questions leading up to the trip( trust me I had a ton of them). Brenda was also nice enough to offer us the upgrade cabin ( NO extra charge)to stay in because it was vacant for the days we were staying. We graciously accepted!! So nice of her!!
Their 70 acres property is nothing short of spectacular. The cabin was clean, warm and welcoming. I can’t put into words how amazing the view is from the cabin.
Honestly if you’re looking for an off the grid cabin vacation or getaway and you don’t stay at one of Brenda’s cabins then I feel bad for. You missed out!
To the future visitors of camp Winona or moose lodge, enjoy!!!

Best-
Corey

“Cozy cabin”
Reviewed 6 July 2017 for a stay in July 2017

I highly recommend this secluded gem high up on a ridge with breath taking views. Your host are VERY accommodating and very friendly. The cabin is well equipped, all you need is your food. Clean, cozy and comfy!! Lots to do if you like to hike and explore or just simply relax. I will be back!

Well Paul, words are difficult! We are so glad to have met you; it was sad to see you leave! Wonderful to know you had searched such an extensive geographical area for the perfect cabin, chose ours, drove a long way from WV and.... were not disappointed! Hope to have you back again! Enjoy the moose antler!
