Arrived to find I'd been bumped from my room...! With no warning. The hotel had an event on, and was full. So I was sent next door to the Hard Rock hotel. Not a great start but was given my room the next day - it was nice & had a lounge area, clean, but quite noisy air con unit. Very friendly & helpful staff & lovely lady at the desk organising tours. Good location next to a mall.

I frequently stay at Radisson Blues in Europe and expected the same high level of service and experience in Panama. I suspect it is a different operator. Check in was contentious. Housekeeping was very spotty and actually on one occasion, rude. Breakfast buffet typical and uninspired. Given other similar choices when I return to Panama, I would choose them first. That is my opinion only. You may find it more to your liking.

Room Tip: Insist that you have a view. There are rooms that face a cement wall.

We would like to apologize for this bad experience in our Hotel, specially, when we tried to full fill your expectations with all of our services and facilities. This is absolutely not what we are used to offer to our guests and it is really sad that we could not provide you with great memories during your visit to Panama City. Even with this, we will be always delighted to welcome you back anytime you wish in order to change this entire experience and become it into a wonderful one. Businesshotel attached to shopping mall. Having booked a room with two twin beds travelling with my 82yr father I was deviated to suite 29.04: dated room with old bathroom and 1 double bed, i was forced to sleep in a small added single bed in the living room. All view outside blocked by a very near new construction. 24h/24 loud noise from hotel ventilation system the floor above. Great breakfast with friendly staff though, even not compensating for the deception

Good service, great breakfast and fair cost. Kind, helpful staff and excellent restaurants. The rooms are wide and the beds are very very comfortable. Always an outstanding experience to stay at this hotel.
