When visiting Panama City go to the old part of Panama. It is called Casco Antiguo. This restaurant has inside that is air condition but also has tables outside to listen to live music. Their speciality fresh sea food. Ask for Lesly and she will help you if you have any questions about the area or what to order. The service is very acompanating.First I was inside and then wanted to go outside to listen to the music. The waiter said" no problem go outside and enjoy".

Thoroughly enjoyed our delicious evening meal in the vibrant heart of old Panama City, just steps from the plaza's monuments and St. Francis Church gleaming bright in the darkness. Serenaded by talented troubadours with guitars who made us feel we had stepped back in time to the old city's glory days. Excellent service, large menu, moderate prices. Popular spot for dinner: arrive before 7pm for a coveted outdoor table.

Our guide had offered to stop at some highly rated restaurants but at 11am they weren’t open. Since this restaurant was in a hotel it was open. We were glad they were. Very eclectic decor. Small and inviting. I had the chicken brochettes with plantains and salad. The salad was made of shredded cabbage, raisins and pineapple. Very good. My one friend had the Greek salad. It was generous in size and also very good. My husband had the linguine with shell fish. It was outstanding. Only reason for a 4 star instead of five? The serve was a little slow. Great little restaurant.

Best way to experience Seco, the national drink of Panama! This Passion fruit drink was soooo good! We also had the cheese stick appetizers, sea bass and prawns for dinner. Everything was excellent. Service was great. There’s outside seating if you prefer. Old city of Panama is a great setting.

We bumped into this restaurant on one of the squares in Panama City's Casco Viejo, and we decided to give it a try. The food was average, we had the fish of the day with jacket potatoes, and the fish was ok, but potatoes horrible. Also, ribs and pure were nothing impressive. The third dish I actually liked, can't remember the name, but it had chopped vegetables over beef stripes, topped with guacamole and sour cream.

It was an ok dinner, but nothing spectacular.
