One of the first restaurants I visited when I moved to Managua and was pleasantly surprised by the hip, bright, modern decor. Every time since, I have not been disappointed by the service or food (though it's slightly overpriced). The keylime pie is DELISH and the salads are spot-on. For rich Managuans, it seems to be a "see-and-be-seen" place.
