Went to Gogi with Ukranian friends before New Years Eve - we would have probably never heard about it as it is not very „visible“ from outside - and it was absolutely fantastic. The food absolutely fresh and nicely decorated and the cocktails based on the Georgian Schnaps are excellent. And for Western Europeans really cheap: we were there with 10 people and ate/drunk almost unlimited and ended up with 14€ per person. Would be nice to have English menus. Restaurant is very centrally located.

Popped in for a quick bite: standard fare Kharcho came sole-less-bland, khinkali - presumably what they suppose to do the best- just edible. Waiters -artrocious. Never again.

Highly recommended place. As a Georgian I was interested in our national restaurant abroad and was told to visit this place.
The place is really nice, interior is well designed and the waiters are helpful and friendly. Food is very delicious and have to admit that it is better than in most restaurants in Georgia itself.
P.s. special thanks to a bartender named Roman. He’s a great guy and true lover of Georgian drinks and food.

My friend in Kiev often mentioned Georgian cuisine as very tasty and suited for meat lovers so I had such a visit in my “to do” list.
I was in the area and spotted this place especially for the good reviews so decided to give it a try.
The waiter was very nice and because I had no idea where to start from I asked him for advice. I started off with those Khinkali, a sort of dumplings he told me I was supposed to eat with my hands, drink the inside, then eat the meat and leave the “tail” you hold them from. I accepted the local advice but be careful because if you are too hungry and can’t wait the inside can pour out like hot lava once you bite a hole in the dumpling itself. After that, two different kebabs as you can see in the photos, two because as you can see portions are not huge. Cake and local liquor to end the meal. I liked the interior and the atmosphere and would certainly go again probably to try other local dishes.
