The museum has countless artifacts and weapons dating all the way back from the beginning of Belgrade’s history, to items and weapons acquired in the early 21st century. Right in the heart of Kalemegdan, and very cheap to enter (around 200 dinara), it is a must see for any history or war history buffs. One slight issue is that not everything has an English translation, but for the most part, all the important exhibits have a well written translation. You can easily spend a few hours here if you’re interested. I highly recommend it.

You won't miss this museum if you are walking towards the gate of the fortress. It is located outside of it, before crossing the tiny bridge.

This is more than just a museum; the collection relates the history of the Yugoslave/Serbian nations up to the present day, including evidence of NATO cluster bombs used in 1999.
