Located in a quiet neighbourhood (so quiet, that even taxi drivers had no idea how to find the street, luckily one of them had GPS), not that far from a bus stop (4-5 min. by foot) and some shops/cafes (3-4min. by foot). Really nice breakfasts (toasts, ham, cheese, musli, milk, yoghurt, fruits, pickles etc.), spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and a tiny swimming pool at the backyard! Staff is extremely helpful and speaks flawless English. Actually the only drawback was that the credit card terminal was broken during the time of our visit, but we eventually withdrew cash from nearby ATM.

For such price Villa Senjak is really a recommendable one!

This hotel is good for bad and breakfast. It also has small swimming pool outside, gym, sauna, but we didn't use them. Room was clean, nice, with TV, small fridge, comfortable bad, bathroom and connection to inside yard - everything was ok. Breakfasts were very tasty and enough to be not hungry until dinner:) Staff was helpful and very nice, the girls speak English very well. Reception is closed from 11pm to 7 am, but you will get a key - to open front door, no problems with it. The only drawback - bad wi-fi connection at the ground flour. Room numbers from 1 to 6.
The hotel is placed in quiet and safety area and close to city center, main railway and bus stations, Ada Ziganlia, Belgrade fair, Partizan and Zrvena Zvezda stadiums! Value for money!

Room Tip: Rooms on the ground floor have bad wi-fi connection

I made a reservation for Happy Star Club Hotel. The Hotel was overbooked, so they sent us at Vila Senjak. The receptionist of Vila Senjak reminded us that we will be in a better hotel for the same money". It was their fault, so it wasn't very kind to remind us this couple of times...
The pool wasn't usable (dirty).
The breakfast was OK.
I am very disapointed because the towels were very wet (except the towel for feet), so after we bathed our baby we should wipe it dry with a towel for feet. I've never been in a hotel with wet towels...
NO parking... You have to park your car in a small street infront of the vila,,

Don't let the location of this hotel fool you - it's very easy to get to the "sights and attractions" of downtown Belgrade by bus (a 3 minute walk and 3 stops on the 40 or 41 bus and you're in the middle of it all). The people working at the hotel are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city.

The rooms are of adequate size, very clean, and several of them open out onto the patio and pool area - a nice touch. The rooms are well appointed, including AC and refrigerator.

There is a great restaurant right up the street (Mydan) that has great food, is frequented mostly by locals, and has a relaxed, lounge-like atmosphere with good music and good drinks.

There is a train that goes by behind the hotel, but it was not an issue in terms of noise/disturbance.

Breakfast included cooked eggs, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, juices, coffee/tea, several kinds of bread/toast, fruit, cereals, and a couple kinds of tasty sweets/pastries.

Room Tip: The rooms on the bottom floor are near the jacuzzi room and therefore can smell like a hot tub. Fortunately these rooms also open out onto the patio with a large glass door so you can air out.

Although we arrived late and without reservation, they welcomed us well.

Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped.

A bit far from centre, but silence and relaxed atmosphere comes with it.

Staff was thoughtful and friendly.
