“Innovative design, top service and perfect location”
Reviewed 15 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

We stayed here for three nights and wanted somewhere quiet out of the city centre. This is perfect. The owners have designed the loft with many innnovative features to use the space and the result is very comfortable and practical, with plenty of space and light with the living, kitchen and bedroom spaces separated by subtle design rather than doors. They also arranged several kind touches such as full shampoo bottles, a jar of marmalade in the fridge, lots of lavatory paper, dish washing tablets and clothes washing liquid and spare towels and even a bottle of wine. The apartment is in an embassy area north of the city centre in a green belt area so it is very quiet. There is a pub a ten minute walk down the road and a good restaurant ten minutes the other way. It is a two minute walk to the tram to take you into central Zagreb yet with the loft insulation there is no tram noise at all. We had trouble navigating north to the unit from central Zagreb and our host Sany (who speaks excellent English) took the trouble to drive into the centre to guide us to the unit. Perfect for business and holidays and strongly recommended. We will definitely return here.

“Our own ***** (5 star) accommodation”
Reviewed 7 July 2014 for a stay in June 2014

We are often in Zagreb and this is a real find. We love it. The location is perfect for us: the parking is right in front of the garden gate and the tram station is few flights of stairs from it. It is quite close to the Centre of Zagreb. The neighbors are traditional Zagreb houses and yards, the Korean embassy and greenery all around. Very quiet at night. The Shoofit (meaning attic) is renovated by a family of prominent Zagreb architects. It is very nicely laid out, spacious, and full of delightful object and art. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very good. The bathroom is spacious, with laundry machine, slippers, bathrobes and perks like that. Everything is new and squeaky clean.

“Loft of Style”

We had a wedding bash in our family last autumn an needed some extra accommodation for guests. Zagreb has a lousy deal of hotels, and one should be aware.
This option proved to be perfect for us. Location is in trendy and quite part of town. It is a loft, pretty newish and with superior design. Nice owners who are apparently architects, needless to say.
By all means value-for-money!
