I spent two nights there and was at breakfast. The single room I got to use is too small for anyone, even for a children. It is almost impossible to turn in the bathroom, and I do not even belong among the thick people. The space around the bed in the room is minimal. If you put your travel bag at your bed, it's almost impossible to go further. Dear Livris hotel, this should not be turned into a room, people have a larger storage at home.
Breakfast is ok in terms of offer, but the amount is small. If five people suddenly came to breakfast (so it was in my case) certain food from the table disappeared. Staff at the reception desk and in the kitchen are trying hard, but some things can not be done to keep the food alive.
Parking inside the hotel is covered, (great) but has a small number of places, and the parking spaces are very narrow.

Room tip: Dont pic the room 305, its to small.

The breakfast is really excellent, a tasty choice of local and international products, sausage, ham, eggs, cheese, cake, croissants, jam, juice, sparkling wine,.. various sorts and kinds of all of it. Higher level modern furniture, the hotel is rather new. Small balcony (loggia) for the rooms on upper floor. Located close to the city main roads, but not noisy. Hotel-owned parking lots. Tram station less than 5 minutes walking. Cleanliness at high level, and friendliness as well as professionality of staff needs to be mentioned. This hotel is a real alternative to nearby bigger onces of well-known chains. Happy to drop in there again next time.

Room tip: Rooms on upper level with loggia are quite spacy and comfortable

It's a nice, modern hotel, room is fine with good bed, clean, air con, wifi, nice bathroom, reasonably quiet. Staff is helpful. it's located rather far from the center, requiring taxi/tram/car for 10-15 minutes or so, in a neighbourhood wih nothing to offer. Breakfast buffet is small and very basic, Could come again, but would probably stay closer to the city center.

Pros:
Located walking distance to a couple pretty decent restaurants & easily walk to ZET Tram stations in a quieter neighbourhood.
Very clean rooms
Clean cafeteria eating area for daily breakfasts
GREAT selection of hot & cold foods for breakfast, including eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt & cereals.
Guest rooms were a good size
Free parking onsite is safe and secure
Front desk staff are willing to help point you in the right direction for food and suggestions
Will hold your luggage after checkout in case you need to run for one more coffee before heading to the airport.
Uber drivers know how to get there, and you can pull up right outside in front to load/unload.

Cons
Away from central Zagreb you have to take a tram to go to the tourist areas
Limited choice of TV stations and are mostly local and in Croatian language

PS: there is a wonderful local restaurant that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel that you should hit up if you can.
