I spent two nights there and was at breakfast. The single room I got to use is too small for anyone, even for a children. It is almost impossible to turn in the bathroom, and I do not even belong among the thick people. The space around the bed in the room is minimal. If you put your travel bag at your bed, it's almost impossible to go further. Dear Livris hotel, this should not be turned into a room, people have a larger storage at home.
Breakfast is ok in terms of offer, but the amount is small. If five people suddenly came to breakfast (so it was in my case) certain food from the table disappeared. Staff at the reception desk and in the kitchen are trying hard, but some things can not be done to keep the food alive.
Parking inside the hotel is covered, (great) but has a small number of places, and the parking spaces are very narrow.

The breakfast is really excellent, a tasty choice of local and international products, sausage, ham, eggs, cheese, cake, croissants, jam, juice, sparkling wine,.. various sorts and kinds of all of it. Higher level modern furniture, the hotel is rather new. Small balcony (loggia) for the rooms on upper floor. Located close to the city main roads, but not noisy. Hotel-owned parking lots. Tram station less than 5 minutes walking. Cleanliness at high level, and friendliness as well as professionality of staff needs to be mentioned. This hotel is a real alternative to nearby bigger onces of well-known chains. Happy to drop in there again next time.

Hotel is ideal for businness, not so good for tourist because it’ sway from city centre.
Comfort rooms, clean, excelent staff, breakfast, parking. Only the best - i”ll stay again when need to overnight in Zagreb.
