The hotel´s location is really good: round the corner of the Tres Cruces bus terminal. As far as I could gather, this building was formerly a students´ residence and since two years or so, they converted it into an apart-hotel. My apartment # was 902, with two rooms, a kitchen and bathroom. Each room has one single bed. According to my experience, these beds are among the most comfortable I have ever slept in a hotel in Uruguay. The mattress is firm, as I need it for my back.
Nevertheless, there were some details they ought to improve: some hairs were on the sheets and others on the bathroom. The cushion they put on top of beds as decoration was useless, especially if they look dirty. There are no reading lights by the beds. The parking place is very narrow (both the ramps and the maneuvering space inside).
Breakfast was very good with the customary vast array of pastries, which is an Uruguayan tradition.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.More
