We stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights. The room was bright and the beds were really comfortable. We asked for a roll-away cot for my daughter so it space was We were lucky enough to have a view of the sea. We looked forward to breakfast everyday because of the wide variety of dishes available. The Marriot was the only hotel we stayed at that offered the delicious Peruvian breakfast (local sausages, deep fried sweet potatoes, corn tamale, brown rice with beans, and slices of roast pork). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It would have been nice to have free wifi connectivity in the room. We had to come down to the lobby for the free wi-fi.
The hotel is conveniently located across a mall with several inexpensive dining options (Pardo's, Tony Roma, KFC, Pizza Hut) and there's a convenience store on the ground level. It's also easy to get a cab from the queue of yellow taxis across the hotel; there's a standard rate card for most tourist sites, including some restaurants, so you won't get fleeced.More
