Stopped here for a late lunch. Good service, good food and beer and some nice spicy sauce. Would eat here again.

Thank Chris C

My food was on the bland side but that’s an Ayahuasca diet for you. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are higher than average but they pretty much cater to travelers. They have a pretty extensive menu and the outdoor seating is pleasant. It seems to be a favorite of old white guys with young Peruvian dates.

This restaurant has been here for years - at least 10 - and at one point might have been the coolest/ best place to eat in town but that is fading or has long faded. The feel of the restaurant seems to be a mix of Texas cowboy bar complete with saddles for bar stools, a diner, Peruvian local cafe, someones garage and a thrift shop with a thousand incense burning inside.
The music was loud and typically Peruvian folks music and the lightbulbs in every fixture were white fluorescent making us feel like we were in a bug light.
It is one of three restaurants that offer a special Ayahuasca diet menu for those coming through here for that but otherwise once was enough for us.
This might be for some people, it just wasn’t very interesting for us.

Friendly expat place by Iron House. Value for money and good expat scene. Huge menu-like a diner. Open 24/7 which is great if your flight was delayed and you need a bite.

my tour group went here for dinner after our amazon trip as a recommendation by our tour guide. the place is decorated as if it's in missouri, usa. friendly service. plenty of seatings with air condition room on the 2nd level

everyone enjoyed their food - they all said it was delicious. the portions were also very big with some ended up requiring a to-go container. I opted for alligator nuggets with mango juice and i enjoyed every bite of my dinner. the juice was big and tasted like real mangoes. the alligator nuggets tasted like chicken and didn't taste fishy at all

highly recommend this place and they also take visa
