Value for money although there is room for improvement

Went to Cusco Plaza as Cusco was on my way to Machu Picchu ... the hotel was just nice. The breakfast was average but it did help to satisfy my stomach. The staff was very friendly.

Only cons is the room which was not so clean and the Wifi reception on the 3rd floor was non-existent.
Date of stay: August 2019
Room Tip: Ask for a room with strong Wifi reception

The service is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever had. My familiy and I felt very well taken care. My children loved the room and its comfort. We enjoyed the feeling of being taken back in time to colonial times when entering the hotel, I could read a book in any of the patios at night or in the afternoon while getting ready to tour the city again, very quiet and relaxing. I really felt at home, the people were really nice and friendly; the food (breakfast) in the canteen, though not very varied, was fresh and well cooked. And it is near everything!! Simply loved it.

Room tip: In my opinion, the best room are on the second floor, because you can see a great show when it rains or there's lightning and when sunny

This hotel is a good choice. Nice, friendly, beautiful rooms. The hotel is on a small plaza and there are museums close. As well, the Plaza de Armas (Central plaza) is in 2min walking distance. There is an open lobby in the hotel where you can rest or have breakfast, as alternative to the breakfast room. They serve the whole day mate de coca free. Breakfast was local standard with bred, toast, cheese, fruits and hot drinks.
The hotel is nice and I would recommend it. We spend there three days overall, but when coming back to Cusco this is my choice.

This hotel has lots of charm and character. Had 3 different rooms as we came back to Cusco from other overnight stays on a GAdventures tour. The rooms all varied in sizes but were very clean, radiator was provided (and very much needed), bed comfortable, towel very small and hot water hit or miss.b
Breakfast was sufficient with whole meal bread, fruit, cheese, yoghurt, cereal. You could ask for eggs and could also make a cheese toastie.
It’s situated very close to the town square, lots of restaurants and little markets.
Cusco has s amazing as a base for day excursions.

Cusco is an absolutely beautiful place. We spent 5 days here as a base for Rainbow Mountain and Machu Picchu, and loved everything about it.
The people were great, the food was always fantastic and the twin had everything you could need and more.
As a haven in the middle of our trip through Sth America, Cusco had shopping, it had great coffee, it was filled with markets, colour and amazing sights.
As a last stop from the brilliant Peru Hop bus trip, Cusco had it all. If travelling through or too here, allow yourself enough time.

The good: location. It is an easy walk to the main square with restaurants, shops, etc. breakfast was decent for
A cheap hotel.

Bed was ok. Shower had hot water and good water pressure but had disgusting mold/mildewed tiles. Bed was noisy - my husband and I woke each other up with every roll.

It was ok as booked through G Advwntures but I wouldn’t pick it on my own.
