Amazing Hotel

5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 5 Dec 2019
Spent 7 nights in this wonderful hotel, great service by everyone in particular front office team, Augusto was very helpful. Breakfast is also very good, nice variety.
I was particularly impressed with housekeeping, the room was kept clean all the time.
Is closed to the main square and easy access to all attractions.
Well done!
Guido

This review is taken from their site because it is exactly what I would have wanted to say.
Cusco Boutique has elegant rooms finely decorated, taking care of every detail in order to delight its guests. For the relaxation and rest of our guests, all rooms are equipped with intelligent oxygen system, and spacious spa-inspired bathrooms with electric radiant floor heating system, Scottish showers and whirlpool tubs. All of this complemented with a welcoming service. The hotel is located on Calle San Juan de Dios 255, near Plaza Regocijo, two blocks from Cusco’s Plaza de Armas (Main square). It is beautifully decorated but the service is key at this quiet hotel centrally located.

My husband and I stayed at Aranwa for two nights while on our honeymoon. We flew into Cusco straight from Lima so we were both feeling sick (altitude sickness) right away. The staff at Aranwa were friendly and attentive. They got us oxygen to help with our altitude sickness. Our room was nice and clean, but not very large. The hotel is centrally located in Cusco so everything is within walking distance. The only negative was the hotel restaurant, which had very average food. Overall, we had a great experience at Aranwa.

Wonderful hotel with extremely friendly staff. We got a fantastic upgrade and enjoyed our room with the big bathroom, the jacuzzi and the floor heating system very much. Cuzco is getting very cold at the nights, so I am sure that everybody would be happy to enjoy this. The staff was very friendly and always attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect, you can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas. I can only highly recommend this hotel. And I am sure that we will stay at this hotel again wenn we come back to Cuzco.

If you're coming to visit Cusco, this is a wonderful hotel. Clean and comfy rooms, great breakfast, and a really nice staff. We were also treated to a 30-minute lesson on Pisco and how to make it. The mixologist Cedrid did an excellent job teaching us the history of Pisco, what the types are, and how to make Pisco Sour. Would definitely stay here again.

It took me a while to do this review (mainly because I've been busy firefighting in Australia since our return). Let's be honest, the hotel is absolutely fantastic but I have received 1 email a day since our return (23 days) with exactly the same text and request for a Trip Advisor review. Do not hesitate to book/stay here as I can't imagine that anywhere in Cusco could be better. The room, the food, the service, the location...all fantastic....but don't give them your email :)
