Loved our stay at Aranwa! The staff was helpful, kind and went out of the way to ensure we had a wonderful time in Cusco. Anthony, a server, overheard my friends tell me Happy Birthday and then the staff surprised me with a birthday cake! Highly recommend this hotel!

A wonderful hotel. We had a comfortable room with friendly helpful staff in a prime location for exploring Cusco. Under floor heating was blissful. Lovely food. Beautiful flower displays in the courtyard. It was a pleasure to discover the hotel's audio guide and learn about its fascinating history. The number and variety of rooms to relax in was enjoyable.

This is perhaps the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The building is an old mansion (I am not clear if it is from the 1600s or 16th century) that has been completely modernized (modern bathrooms) but always keeping in mind the historic building. It is a veritable museum with hundreds of art objects of various ages, centuries old through modern but in classic styles. The free breakfast was amazing not so much that the food was as good as the best you might get elsewhere, but that the dining area was positively elegant. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and capable, if they didn't understand English they at least found someone who did.

Exactly the hotel is a colonial mansion from the 16th century where you can find interesting sculptures, colonial furniture and paintings. Excellent all around - would stay here again. Check-in and out were very easy.
Breakfast was pretty standard, but its good to note it takes awhile to make eggs, longer cooking time due to the elevation. Rooms have oxygen, which was a cool feature.
They easily accomodated an early check-out with a nice breakfast box. Great rooms. Great staff.
