This hotel solidified our experience in Cusco. It was some of the best hospitality we have experienced. The hotel is small, intimate, and quiet. Has a beautiful courtyard to eat meals or do work. The bar has a really nice fireplace. The in-house dining was next level and best of all was the service. Every person we encountered was kind and accommodating. Internet worked. Beautiful hotel, exactly as pictured. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible visit here! The hotel is located near many Sacred Valley areas of interest we wanted to visit. There is a great restaurant/bar and a fun outdoor area. The staff was incredible including personal interaction with the owner who even helped us reschedule our trip to Machu Picchu after a brief shutdown impacted our schedule.

Absolutely amazing!

Jose Antonio Gamarra, owner and General Manager of Andean Wings - Cusco assisted our group of 9 friends with all coordination needed for our trip. He put us in contact with several people from his team in order to arrange flights, tours, transportation, dining, entertainment. The level of dedication and commitment that Jose and his team had for pleasing their guests was extraordinary and for sure did not go unnoticed.

We all flew in from different cities in the United States. Chicago, Kansas City and Boca Raton. We had five beautiful and unique rooms and one unforgettable experience.

Mirsha, Carlitos, Vladimir, Eloy, and Ruth were perfect at taking care of our needs at all times, including a few after hours! The food was delicious, drinks were stunning, and the quality of customer services provided definitely exceeded all our expectations.

Location, location, location...wow! Five-minute walk to the Plaza of Cusco, you can't get any better than that. We HIGHLY recommend this place; you will feel like home with some extra love. Kudos to Andean Wings and their wonderful staff!

My wife and traveled to Cusco with a group of close friends to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and stayed at the Andean Wings for the week. They did an exceptional job at making our time memorable and comfortable.
The staff was warm and friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our party to make us feel at home.
The location is perfect to explore the city and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, and landmarks.
We were very impressed by the art and unique style everywhere on the property, plus the amenities like gourmet food, filtered water, and even onsite oxygen for the altitude. (Definitely helped me!)
I would highly recommend this property as your home base if you are planning a trip to Cusco.

I chose this hotel based on its 4 star rating, location, and positive reviews. The only thing accurate was the location. The hotel itself is not even close to any 4 star hotel I stayed at anywhere else in Peru. The standard room with king size bed was the size of a sardine can. My husband and I barely had enough room for our suitcases. The bathroom counter definitely didn't fit 2 travel shower cases. I'm talking about pencil case sized bags with the basic necessities. (toothbrush, deodorant, and toothpaste) There were water stains on the ceiling and walls. The small bench in the corner and the curtains had stains on them. I never sat on it. The towels were sooo old and used. They had frayed edges and small holes in them. They were the equivalent of old towels I would use to wash my car. The lock on the door was not a security lock at all. It was a simple interior bedroom door handle/lock. The doors could have easily been pushed open by someone accidentally leaning or falling into them. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was pretty good. I was charged additional taxes at the end of our stay. It wasn't much but also not expected. If you're OK with an hourly rate hotel experience then this is just what you are looking for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know personally.

Room tip: Avoid this hotel in general.

From the moment we arrived the customer service was impecable! Staff took care of every single detail from wonderful breakfasts, coca tea and oxygen for the altitude, every time with a smile on everybody’s faces, you truly feel the warmth of the city!
Special thanks to Carlos (Concierge) and Jose Antonio (Owner) for going above and beyond for our entire group and helping create long lasting memories! Looking forward to coming back soon!
