This small hotel is perched right at the top of the sloped sides of Cusco town. In order to get a car to the hotel it is necessary to enter the street below the hotel entrance and come in the back door. Get instructions if you need to arrive at the door in a car. The room was clean but had no windows and was beside the staircase so it was not the quietest place to sleep. Ours was a room with two single beds. Couples get a room with a magnificent view. Also the light bulbs were very low wattage and it was always gloomy and hard to read. The breakfast was good and the staff were great. Not a hotel for those with any physical disability but cheap and cheerful and clean with nice friendly service.

Small boutique type hotel. Good location very near historic centre of Cuzo. Extremly friendly and efficient staff. The communal areas are very modern - almost chic. The rooms are basic but clean.

This is a great hotel for just a little bit more. It's a nice place to come home to after taking in the sights. It's close enough to everything to walk to, but far enough away that you are right in the middle of everything. You pay a bit more than some other places, but the service is just great.

We stayed at the hotel before and after our Inka Trail.
Due to the excellent reviews we had quit high expectation. The rooms are very basis but the shower have lovely hot water 24/7 witch you don’t get at all hostels I Cusco.
But the rooms are cold and very noisy. If one guest is getting up early the entire hotel can hear it.

There is a computer with internet (quit slowly) which you can use without charge.
Breakfast is simple but ok. If you are leaving before 6am you can ask for a breakfast box.
The location is great – the best in Cusco if you ask me. 10 min walk from the main plaza and away from most of the tourist shop. And the restaurant has a beautiful view over the city.

The staff wasn’t that go in English but we solved if via google translate. But they were extremely service minded and did everything to help us.

From the beginning to the end the service was excellent! The food in the hotel was better then anywhere else we ate around Cusco! The Art in the Lobby and common areas matched the decor perfectly. The view from our room of the surrounding mountains was better each day and magnificent at night!
