This little gem was introduced to us by some friends. Since then, we’ve visited three times. It has excellent comfort food cooked and served by the genial host Pablo Astudillo.
My wife knows and loves BBQ. Today, she had the BBQ rib special with wonderful coleslaw, fantastic french fries, and the great pork ribs. I had the “German Hotdog” which is really a homemade bratwurst. I grew up in Wisconsin and know my bratwurst—this equals the best of them. It was served with homemade sauerkraut and the great fries. Pablo made mora fruit juice with little added sugar (per my request).
The host, Pablo, speaks English very well and loves to talk food and methods of preparation. He lived in the USA and worked as a chef there. He is knowledgeable about most cuisines and takes great pride in his work.
Most items on the menu are probably $6-7 with the ribs being $10. The restaurant is on Facebook.
