Ive been coming to this place since i was a kid! went the other day after a while, and didnt dissapoint! ;) we had some great nachos and then of course pancakes! they are the best!! the place is really nice and sunny and warm! very recommended!

nice ambiance and atmosphere. we went there an evening for a few drinks and appetizers. staff was good too.

We stopped in for breakfast, but found the food to be bland, and parts were just not edible. The coffee (which you would think was their "thing") was ok, but nothing noteworthy. And to top it all off, it was expensive. One has to expect higher prices near plaza Foch, but honestly, there are better options. Even a sidewalk pastry shop would have been better.

The Magic Bean is a tourist-focused restaurant in the popular La Mariscal district of Quito. I ate dinner here with my family, which was a good-not-great meal. The prices were a bit high and we didn't love the wine, fries, or locro (although the meats were good). Overall, it was an okay meal, but far from my favorite in Ecuador.

I was so happy to find a place with true, vegetarian options that we went back for a second time. The menu offered a nice variety of brunch items (pancakes & french toast which looked amazing) as well as smoothies, pastries, salads and lunch items which included a quinoa burger, pizza, pasta and other burgers/lunch items.

The service was quick and friendly. Dining was on a nice covered terrace (casual).

Highly recommend!
