Some would say say luxurious, some would say a bit dowdy. We were a bit in-between. When the restaurant was relatively empty, it seemed a bit dark and gloomy, but the atmosphere improved as the crowd increased. As we were a bit tired and "over-fed" from lunch, we only ate one course plus desert. We both chose grilled lamb chops which were perfectly cooked and we accompanied this with an Ecuadorian wine (our first and the only Ecuadorian red on the wine list) and it was good value for money.
