The appartment is beautifull and very comfortable and the views are amazing. Patricio and his wife are excellent hosts, they were always attentive during my stay.

Amazing apartment and great location
The apartment was exactly like the pictures portrayed. My friend and I stayed there for 10 days and were very happy with the accomodations. The flight arrives after 1130 pm, so it was quite late once we arrived at the apartment, but Patricio was there waiting for us. He was very helpful with local information and if we had any questions he replied back in a timely manner. We mostly used cabs while we were there, but the bus stop is very close by. A lot of things are within walking distance, such as Carolina Park and Plaza Foch. (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps definitely comes in handy while in Quito, especially when your Spanish is minimal. I would highly recommend staying here and I know if I return to Quito I would definitely stay here again.

Could not have been better!
The apartment is roomy with great beds in three bedrooms, comfortable lounging space, 21/2 baths!!, a useful and well functioning kitchen, a better-than-my own washer dryer system and it overlooks an embassy's lovely grounds. The apartment location is enough off a main street to escape most of the noise, but close enough (one block) to have ready access to buses, the 'trole' and taxis (cheap). The apartment is not a long walk from a wonderful park (La Carolina) containing, among other things, the really good Quito Botanic Gardens and is near enough to some good restaurants AND to the best bakeries in town. The building has an around the clock watchman and access to it is very well controlled. Patricio (the owner) responded immediately and helpfully to any questions we had.

Great place! Great host!
The location is from walking distance to Foch Square and the Carolina Park. The apartment is quite secure. Is completely furnished, the beds are great and so the view from all the windows. I'd recommend the apartment to any friend!

Great spot in Quito
Patricio's place was clean and modern, and the area was safe and strategically located close to public transportation, shopping, and cultural attractions.

The host was very kind and helpful in every eay posible. He left the keys for me a day in advance so I could have a family member stock the fridge for my family and me. Every time I had a doubt, he made himself available to us. He offered a cleaning person for our comfort, She was kind and trustworthy. The apartment is new and very nicely decorated in a beautiful new building with great security. It is very well located in one of the most residencial areas. It has close access to the highways and to all the nearby atractions. We were in walking distance of many restaurants and beautiful shops. In addition to that, it is very comfortable and has a spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, livingroom/diningroom and a great kitchen and laundry room. It has great WIFI and cable TV. It has a great parking area, we could park our 2 rentals. We had a great stay in Quito. Best 3 weeks away from home. I have stayed there on two separate ocasions and would stay there every time I go to Quito.

Quito offers a great variety of touristic places to visit. Places that talk us about Quito’s history, his important culture, diversity, his unique everyday and their nights.
The aprtment is locoated on the north of the city, known by tourists as 'New Town', the place where the financial activity of the city is concentrated, with the main office buildings in the sector of Iñaquito. Here you will find place like La Carolina Park, the huge Metropolitan Park Guangüiltagua, the tourist complex Ciudad Mitad del Mundo and the Bicentennial Park. Restaurants in the area offer all kinds of international food like Italian, Arab, Korean, Ecuadorian, Argentinian, French and even Spanish tapas.

How to get there
The best way to get to my apartment froo the Mariscal Sucre Airport is taking the Aeroservicios shuttle, wich costs 8 USD by person, it will take you to the Simon Bolivar Park. Once you get there you can take any yellow cab directly to my apartment. The cost of the cab should not be more than 4 usd.
Another way to get here from the airport is taking a yellow cab in the Mariscal Sucre Airport, the total cost of the ride is 25 USD, remember to ask by the airport certified cabs.
Direct transfer from the airport is also available upon arrangement.
