I stayed here for 2 nights in Feb, a pleasant clean hotel with helpful staff. the bedrooms are literally suites with a small kitchen, lounge and dining area and a good sized desk. The hotel is situated in the banking area of Santiago, so Sunday was really quiet however Monday morning the place came alive with office workers and traffic on the nearby road. The restaurant is on the top floor with panoramic views of the mountains and the city, the breakfast was wonderful with everthing from masses of fresh fruits to cooked food. There is a pocket sized pool on the roof, covered against the heat with open sides, not for the guests who suffer from vertigo!! Over all a very comfortable and pleasant 2 night stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and I enjoyed the experience. The location is perfect for business or tourism. There are many restaurants around and the neighbourhood is very safe. It's also nearby a metro station.

The staff was very friendly and servicefull.

There is no wifi, but they can provide a wired internet acces. They have a nice indoor pool and a gym. Their breakfest buffet is very nice and the view from there is the best view you may get of Santiago.

The room was spacious and very clean.

I will go back there for my next stay in Chile!

We had a one bedroom suite with small kitchen. The rooms were very nice, The mattress had some sag which gave me some backache. The shower pressure was good but the temperature was cold one minute, hot the next... if you took your shower in the morning.

The personnel were friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, although you almost have to beg for coffee refills, they do not offer it on their own.

And no free wi-fi anywhere on the property... this fact alone will send me back to the Bonaparte Hotel next time.

One of the best hotels where I stay in. The room acomodations where confortable and nicelly cared, facilities are great

The hotel usually didn't get to crowded and its very nice to be able to use the top floor pool (wich by the way is heated) alone.

The breckfast is very well served and abundant. There are severall types of breads and fruits.

It has also a game room with two Pool tables, chest games and several TV's. Since i was there alone with my wife, I could turn then all on in the same musical channel and enjoy like I was in a club.

The hotel staff seens to be effective, altough not specially attentious.

Location also is great, nearby commercial centers, subway stations and touristic routes.

This hotel is located in fancy Las Condes, Santiago, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Facilities are great, rooms appropriate for a 5 star and the best of all is the breakfast/ bar/ indoor swimming pool on the top floor overlooking the city and mountains.

In this environment, you would expect well trained and friendly staff, but this is unfortunately not the case. Service in the restaurant was not more than average, but the greatest of all was the cleaning service entering my room at 7:30AM surprising me in the bathroom. No explanation from housekeeper/ receptionist on 3 inquiries about that.

This hotel could really be a 5 star, but staff makes it being a one-time only experience for me.
