We visited the hotel in April 2017 within a travel group of over 80 persons within 8 days twice. Both times, only one small elevator was usable, which led to considerable waiting times. The rooms are shabby. The shower handles were very difficult to operate.
Already with few restaurant visitors the manager of the restaurant service (older woman) was already overstrained. When we visited the restaurant with a larger group, the woman was completely overstrained and became also still rude. The visitors of our group at the next table had to wait more than one hour before they could place an order. The rest of the service staff also seemed futile. In addition, the price / performance ratio is not right. If you want to eat well and cheaply, you should leave the hotel, cross the street and go 50 meters to the right to the Italian or a few meters further to McDonalds. To evaluate that hotel with four stars, is surely a gross exaggeration.More
