This was the first hotel on a group tour of Patagonia, and was in a convenient location in a tree lined street within easy reach of restaurants and shops. The room was quite small, as was the bathroom, and needed a bit of updating. Not enough electrical outlets for today's travellers, so difficult to charge electronic devices, but we made do. There was no mirror except in the bathroom, which lacked any plug for basin or bath. Luckily I managed to find a maid on the corridor who procured one for me (probably from another room!) but somebody else from our group was told by reception that they don't supply plugs. There were three hangers in the wardrobe, so it was a good thing we were only there for two nights. Breakfast was ok, but the scrambled eggs were very runny, and the coffee pretty bad, but this seemed to be the norm in all the hotels we stayed at. Staff in the bar and restaurant were really nice, but reception staff not friendly at all. When I went to collect our passports, the member of staff on duty just slapped several down on the counter and left me to rummage through them all. Not very professional. All in all, the hotel was fine for a couple of days but not somewhere you would want to spend any longer. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and nice after a long day sightseeing.
