Description: Terrific location if you are part of Singapore's CBD working crowd and want a change of taste. We are tucked away at Nankin Row, a pedestrian street that is easily accessible from Chinatown MRT and Telok Ayer MRT. Wallet-friendly prices, great service, and amazing food . The menu is 100% vegetarian and 100% halal - mostly sandwiches in pita (Arabic) bread, salads and dips. Everything is prepared on site daily except for our pita bread. We don't use eggs, butter, or milk in any of our dishes and many items can be served without garlic and onion. Most of our menu is available all week including our best seller Koshari brown rice that is now available everyday after a popular demand and we have added new dishes to the menu like the Lasagne, Moussaka, Chili Stuffed Falafel, and a whole desserts menu of Fruit Salad, Vegan Cake, and Baklava. Don't forget to try our home-made drinks from Lemonade, to Hibiscus & Tamarind. * Lasagne is served on Tue/Wed * Moussaka is served on Wed/Thur

This was our second visit in 3 days, it did not disappoint. The babaganoush, hummus and labna cheese served with warm pitta were lovely. The owner insisted we try the house special fava beans too (complimentary). All in we had a tasty lunch for two for SG$14.

I visited this place for the first time and the food is pretty decent. There is good variety available to choose from so you can possibly do multiple visit to try everything in the menu. If you would like your food to be spicy please request for it as the standard serving is not spicy enough.

Overall a good option and would visit one more time to see if there is consistency.

A friend recommended this place and it was well worth it! Delicious, home-made, fresh ingredients. Nice atmosphere and friendly owners. Vegetarian halal Middle Eastern cuisine. Recommend going on a Saturday afternoon for a chill environment.

This was was a super place to eat before - the old owner had good character and gave this place a buzz. Now it's become a regular commercial restaurant - average service and scrimping on fillings. I ordered a Falafel Pita with chili and yogurt - but had to ask for garlic yogurt twice as they only give you like 10ml at time. I remember the days when Hassan used to just come and give the bottle to use. Hummus also served without a spoon. They also removed the free water tank.
Its a shame as it was a great place to eat....

Hi Kit,

Thank you for your review. It is your right to voice out your opinion but it seems like it is only because there is a new management. We are happy to respond to your comments and give our input on the unfair assessment you gave.

1- We usually add the standard sauce servings and when customers ask for more we are happy to do so upon request. I am sure if you did ask, our staff would have topped it off for you same as to anyone else without the need to "give the bottle to use". We are generous with our servings so I don't know how did you conclude it was "10ml at a time".
2- We always give the suitable utensils but sometimes humans are vulnerable to do a mistake but I don't see why you couldn't have simply asked for one.
3- The water tank was eventually phased out because of hygiene reasons.

Nevertheless, you are welcome to visit any time and we are open to your suggestions during your visit.

Thank you,
Fill A Pita team
