No problems during my stay. However both Malon and Vilo were extremely accommodating and helpful during check out to support my bags in storage and access to the showers in the pool area to freshen up as I was out during the daytime at a business conference and not getting a flight back to the UK until late. Having helpful staff and these great facilities for international guests really do add value to the stay 😁.

This is clean hotel but breakfast quality could be better. Also we didn’t get the rooms as per booking and have to compromise on the available options.

This hotel is located at a very central area in Singapore and very accessible to public transportation. A Bus station and MRT station is literally just beside this hotel. The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The bedrooms are spacious compared to the average Singapore hotel. Rooms are clean but the carpet and the windows look like they are asking for a renovation since they look worn out. The pillows and bedsheets have excellent quality so we had a very restful sleep. There is a 7 eleven within the hotel’s premises so it’s so convenient. There are many food options nearby as well. Highly recommended for tourists. Thank you for accommodating us!
