The worst service I have experienced in Singapore, and that is saying something! I was told my order would be 5mins. After about 8mins they asked me what I was waiting for. I was asked which number dish I order. They could not understand 'Two servings of number Twelve'. 'Twelve' was repeated numerous times. They asked to see my receipt which I surrended.

One staff member berated a junior then commenced making the meal. The meat was microwaved. The inept employee then only made one serving! When I asked for two he asked to see my receipt which I had already suurrended.

20 minutes later we received our order. The beef was grislely. My wife's was spicey (specifically asked it not to be). Was tastey though - only thing saving this review from a 1 star rating.

The food hall up grade looks clean and inviting.
